A meal that I really like so much and I haven’t eaten for a
long time is Pad Thai.
Pad Thai is stir-fry dish made with rice noodles, shrimp,
chicken, or tofu, peanuts, a scrambled egg and bean sprouts. The ingredients
are sautéed together in a wok and tossed in a delicious tamarindo sauce.
The first time when I tasted that was in a restaurant with
my dad and my brother. Since then, I really like that dish. And I like it because
it has noodles and shrimps, things I love a lot, and it has tamarindo sauce,
thing I dont knew until I tasted and I liked a lot.
I dont know how Pad Thai impacts my health, but I guess if I
eat this constantly, could be dangerous. But, in spite of everything, it makes
me very happy to eat Pad Thai sometimes.
I have not eaten it, but it looks very tasty! will be noted for my next tastings
